Win a Xmas gift (smartphone) c/o GrabPay and Codashop

Eligibility:

• Promo is open to all Grabpay users who will purchase (applicable to all titles) on Codashop.

• Must have a valid government ID (for claiming of the prize).

November 29 – December 28, 2019

Raffle Mechanism:

1. Purchase a minimum of P50 on Codashop using Grabpay to qualify.
2. After successful purchase, sign up for the raffle promo. To access the registration page, click the Grabpay promo banner on Codashop’s homepage or click this link: https://www.codapay.com/codashop-grabpay. Enter the required fields:
   Complete Name
   Email Address
   User ID (if applicable)
   Mobile number used to purchase from Codashop
   Date of birth
   Complete residential address
   No sign up means no entry. You only need to register once for the entire duration of the promo.
   Note: The number of times you register will not affect the chances of winning. The winners will be drawn from the actual successful transactions. The matching identifier will be User ID or email address (whichever is applicable on your purchase).
3. 2 days after the promotion period (on December 30), 12 winners will be randomly picked using randomizer.org in the presence of a DTI representative.
4. Winners will be announced on Codashop’s Facebook page.
5. For claiming of prizes, a valid government ID must be presented for proof of identification.
6. Promo is limited to Philippine residents only.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Prizes are not transferrable and not convertible into cash.

2. The raffle draw will be held on December 30, 2019, in the presence of a DTI representative at Codapay’s office [KMC Picadilly Star, 25th Floor, Taguig, Metro Manila].

3. All winners must be registered to the promo via the promo registration link. No registration, no prize.

4. Winners must be notified via mobile number, email address and registered mail.

5. Prizes can be claimed from January 6 to February 6, 2019. For Metro Manila winners, you may visit CodaPay’s office at KMC Picadilly Star, 25^th Floor, Taguig, Metro Manila for claiming of the prize. For provincial winners, prizes can be shipped provided that proper identification is done, but Codapay nor GrabPay will not be held liable if the unit is damaged or lost during transit. Unclaimed prize within the redemption period given shall be forfeited.

6. If the winner is underage, they must bring an adult and provide the necessary documentation of proof of identity.

7. Requirements of winner’s representative in claiming the prize – an authorization letter from the winner, photocopy of the representative and winner’s valid identification (SSS, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID, or Passport). The winner’s representative must also present original copies of the same required valid forms of identification.

8. Employees of Codapay and Grabpay, including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.

9. By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of Coda Payments relating to the draw. The winner agrees that Coda may publicize the name and photograph of the winner in such mode and manner as Coda considers fit. The winner's name may be published on Coda’s website & social media channels.
